Brandon's relentless pursuit of culinary excellence led him to the serene landscapes of Montana, where he continues to shape the culinary landscape of the Bitterroot Valley with his unwavering commitment to the craft and a vision for a timeless legacy in the world of gastronomy.

Chef Brandon is not just a culinary expert but also the President, Executive Chef, and Founder of the Ember Collective, a pioneering restaurant and hospitality investment group. Under his leadership, the Ember Collective has introduced innovative fast casual and fine dining concepts like Bullseye Burgers, Grano, and Ember, each showcasing Brandon's dedication to artisanal craft and farm-to-table excellence.
