We had a large party for a special celebration. The service was wonderful, and the food was delicious. Definitely a “do again!”

A great find in Hamilton, a relatively small town with ~5000 people. The food/service was excellent and on par with similar restaurants in other parts of the country. I only wish they diversified their menu more; 4 out of 8 dishes were beef-based (3 were steaks, I think?) and the rest were chicken/pork. Having bison/elk/venison on the menu would make the offering so much more interesting and representative of the region.

I have visited Ember a few times. Every time the food is delicious. This time, I started with the Wagyu Beef Round Carpaccio. It was so good. I would definitely order it again. They had Salmon as one of their specials, so I tried that with garlic whipped mashed potatoes. Also delicious!
